Number of Licenses
Setup and Training are free for your first 30 days (this is during your 30 day Implementation process).
After your 30 Day Implementation process, you will need to purchase a support ticket (per call or email)  if you wish to continue your Support for either Email, Phone, or Support Tickets.

Prices for support tickets are billed in 1 hour increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour per support ticket.
  • Phone Call Support ticket is $19.98  (1 hour minimum charge)
  • Email Support ticket is $12.95  (1 hour minimum charge)
After your ticket is closed you will be invoiced.
