Please note, that after your 30 Day Implementation process you will need to Subscribe if you wish to continue receiving Technical Support from Wave-EDI. Your first 30 days are free because of the training and setup period, but after that you will need to Subscribe with either a monthly “Email only” support plan or “Email and Support” bundled plan if you wish to continue receiving Support.
To Subscribe, please visit the “PRICING” page and at the bottom is a “SUBSCRIBE” link for your Support plan.
The choice is completely up to you if you wish to continue receiving Technical Support from Wave-EDI and is entirely optional.
Wave-EDI offers a Secure Email system and Secure Ticket System. Both of these applications are encrypted using 256 bit SSL technology.
